Yes. Pre-registration will take place on Friday, September 13th at Flying Saucer Kansas City. Bring your ticket and pre-register inside Flying Saucer and stick around for drinks and food!

Ticket levels:

VIP – VIP ticket holders receive access to more than 200 hand-picked craft beers an hour earlier than the general public, plus an exclusive VIP hospitality area which includes appetizers from 2-4 PM and private restrooms throughout the event. VIP ticket holders also receive a 2019 KC Beer Fest souvenir t-shirt and tasting glass. Doors open to VIP ticketholders at 2 PM.”

General Admission – GA ticketholders receive a 2019 KC Beer Fest souvenir tasting glass with unlimited samplings and access into the KC Beer Fest event area from 3 – 6 PM Doors open at 3 PM for general admission.

VIP is the way to go at the 11th Annual KC Beer Fest! VIP ticketholders receive a souvenir 2019 KC Beer Fest t-shirt and sampling glass, as well as the opportunity to pre-register, early entry into KC Beer Fest, an extra hour (2-3 PM) and the first crack at the hand-picked beers. VIP also receives a dedicated hospitality area with access to appetizers from 2 – 4 PM, rare keg tappings and private restrooms throughout the festival.

All tickets are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. You may re-sell or transfer your ticket, however, once a ticket has been scanned, it is considered redeemed and no longer scannable. Also, please hang on to your tasting glass. Guard it with your life. Tasting glasses will not be replaced if broken, lost or stolen. You may purchase a new glass at the merchandise tent as long as glasses are available.

All festivalgoers may purchase food from our great restaurants and food trucks throughout the festival. We recommend you bring cash for food purchases, though some vendors may accept credit cards (we cannot guarantee). As part of the VIP package, VIP ticketholders receive appetizers from 2 – 4 PM, inside the KC Live! Block. The food buffet is not included with the General Admission ticket.

Credit cards will be accepted at registration (entry) and the merchandise area. We recommend you bring cash to purchase food items.

The following items are prohibited:

• Outside food, drink or alcoholic beverages
• Weapons (knives, pepper spray, any concealed weapons or firearms, etc.)
• Illegal drugs, chemicals, fireworks
• Suitcases backpacks and coolers. Purses/bags must be less than 16 in. X 12 in. and are subject to search.
• Unapproved marketing material of any kind (pamphlets, handouts, advertisements)
• Other items as determined by facility security

All bags are subject to search upon entry to the event. Security reserves the right to request patrons to return prohibited items to their vehicle, or dispose of these items; non-cooperation may lead to ejection from the facility.

As much as we love them, pets CANNOT enter the KC Beer Fest event area. However, service animals ARE allowed.

No one under the age of 21 will be permitted into the festival area. This includes infants. Please make arrangements for all children prior to attending the festival. Anyone with a child will not be admitted, no exceptions.

KC Beer Fest 2019 is located on Grand Boulevard and Walnut Street, between 13th and 14th Streets, and throughout KC Live! Main entrances are located on 13th Street at Grand Boulevard and Walnut Street.

Parking is available for $10 in the Kansas City Live! garage located on 13th Street at Grand Boulevard. Additional surface lot and street parking is available. Refer to the “Getting Here” section for other transportation and hotel room options.
